What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Payment can be made via online banking or credit card to our bank account. For security purposes, we will only ship the order to the credit card billing address. If the credit card billing address is different from the shipping address, the order will not be processed. This is to reduce the risk that the buyer is using a stolen credit card.
How do I place an Order?
To place your order, select the item (s) that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you must fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to double-check that you have filled in your details correctly to ensure that you receive all the necessary info and that your order is delivered without any complications
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Currently, your order will be shipped accordingly with Poslaju courier service. This courier service provides you the tracking number which you can use to track your item during the shipment process. The shipping rate is:
Peninsular Malaysia – RM 6.00
Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan – RM 8.00
Do You Ship Internationally?
We offer cross-border shipping for our neighboring countries. However, if you’re living outside Malaysia and would like to try us out, drop us a note at email@example.com. We will try our best to serve you. Please note that international orders normally arrive within 1-2 weeks of shipping using Express Mail Service where these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. The shipping cost depends on the size, weight, and destination of the shipment. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
How Long Will It Take to Get My Package?
By using Poslaju courier service, usually your order will be shipped 1-3 working days after we received your payment (subject to card clearance and stock availability – up to 7 days during sale periods). You will receive your items within 3 – 5 working days depending on your location and your delivery times may vary. For credit card payment customers, it will take 24 hours for your credit card verifications after entering your credit card details. Order will be processed after your card has been verified.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once you have placed an order you will receive your order number via email. After your package has left our warehouse and begun the delivery process, you will receive another email with a tracking number. Then, you can follow the stages of delivery on the Poslaju Website to estimate the delivery date.
Return & Refunds
Can I return my orders?
All items purchased are non returnable. If you have missing items, kindly inform us and we will send you the replacement.
How Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
You may request cancellation or product changes only within 1 hour after payment has been made. However, if you request to cancel or change the order after we process the order or generate a tracking number for your order, this request will not be accepted. Once the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be initiated instantly back to you (Time needed for the refund to reflect varies according to the payment method you used to pay for this order).
